Membership Renewal Instructions

Thank you going through the membership renewal cycle. After you submit your password through the Request A Password feature, you’ll be able to login with your e-mail address and that password. This password can be updated once you login.

Upon logging in, you will see the following screen, which displays a lot of important information you should review:

If you’ve made any changes to the information above, you should select SAVE & CONTINUE prior to clicking RENEW, UPGRADE OR UPDATE BILLING as your information will otherwise be lost.

Upon selecting, RENEW, UPGRADE OR UPDATE BILLING, you will be presented with the following screen.

For those who pay by credit card (affiliates and provisionals), you will receive an e-mail with a receipt. For those who pay by NAP Check (all primary members), a renewal e-mail will not be sent until the check from NAP is received. We will send you a payment receipt at that time.
