At the April 17, 2021 annual membership meeting, members elected the following officers to serve for the 2021-23 biennium: PRESIDENTBeth S. James, PRPTexas Beth Sapp James, PRP, of League City, Texas has been a member of the National Association of Parliamentarians (NAP) since 2010, a professionally registered parliamentarian since 2017. Ms. James has served in many local and association positions, including the Charter President of Gulf Coast Parliamentarians (2011), Electronic Association of Parliamentarians (EAP) Charter Secretary (2017-2019), unexpired term of EAP Treasurer (December 2018 – March 2019), and EAP Vice President (2019-2021), NAP Professional Development Committee Member (2017-2019), and National Alumnae Association of Spelman College Immediate Past Parliamentarian (2016-2020). The 2020 Nominating Committee of the Electronic Association of Parliamentarians (EAP) is pleased to announce the Call for Nominations for the 2021 election of officers.  The Call for Nominations is now open and we are seeking nominations for the following positions: President, Vice-President, Secretary, and Treasurer. The 2020 Annual Business Meeting was held on April 4, 2020 as part of our third educational conference. We wanted to highlight the actions adopted in this meeting. The official minutes are posted to our member's only section.
